This happened during an internship interview with Microsoft. It was my first interview experience. I was not aware that there were behavioral questions too in interviews. So I wasn't expecting such a question.
那是一次微軟的實(shí)習(xí)面試,也是我的第一次實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷。我并沒(méi)有料到面試環(huán)節(jié)里也會(huì)有行為測(cè)試,所以并沒(méi)有想到會(huì)遇到這一個(gè)問(wèn)題。
Interviewer:
Why should we take you?
面試官:為什么我們要雇傭你?
Me:
(Slightly shocked) I thought it's your job to decide.
我:(有點(diǎn)嚇到)我認(rèn)為那是你應(yīng)該考慮的。
Interviewer:
{Poker Faced} Let’s continue with the technical questions.
面試官:{撲克臉} 讓我們接著問(wèn)技術(shù)方面問(wèn)題。
It may sound rude here, but it wasn't that time. It was just that I was surprised at the question. Every question before this was technical and suddenly he raised this question. It was more an instantaneous reply out of shock.
這句話(huà)在這里看起來(lái)似乎很無(wú)禮,但在當(dāng)時(shí)聽(tīng)起來(lái)并不是,我是因?yàn)楸粏?wèn)題驚到了才這么回答的。之前問(wèn)的問(wèn)題都是技術(shù)性問(wèn)題,但他卻突然提出了這一個(gè)問(wèn)題,以至于我的回答是出于驚嚇的應(yīng)激反應(yīng).

This question was asked to me in my HR interview for Wipro internship. And yes I got selected!!
這一個(gè)問(wèn)題在我威普羅公司實(shí)習(xí)面試中被提問(wèn)過(guò)。而且,對(duì)!我被錄取了!
HR:
why should we hire you?
人力資源經(jīng)理:我們?yōu)槭裁匆蛡蚰?
ME:
You should hire me because i am a hard working, dedicated person who is interested in your work (project).
我:因?yàn)槲沂莻�(gè)努力、認(rèn)真的人,而且對(duì)你們的工作很感興趣。
ME:
And there is nothing better than hiring a person who is interested in your work. I will definetly give you results and that what matter at the end of the day.
我:而且顯然沒(méi)有什么比雇傭一個(gè)對(duì)你們工作感興趣的人更好的了。我一定會(huì)拿出好的表現(xiàn),時(shí)間會(huì)帶來(lái)證明。

One of my friend cleared four rounds of a company X and only HR round is remaining.

HR asked various questions for 30 mins and is still confused whether to recruit him or not.
