哈薩克斯坦現(xiàn)世界首座金字塔 比埃及的早1千年
A previously unknown Egyptian-style pyramid has been found in a remote area of the Kazakhstan
steppe
some 3,900 miles northeast of Cairo.
在哈薩克斯坦一處草原的邊緣地區(qū)，大概距開羅東北方向3900英里處，人們發(fā)現(xiàn)了狀似埃及金字塔的古金字塔遺址。
The structure is now substantially in ruins but it is believed that it was a
lookalike
of the famous Pyramid of Djoser in Egypt, and built around 1,000 years earlier.
該金字塔結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)在大部分都化為廢墟，只不過考古學(xué)家認(rèn)為這次發(fā)現(xiàn)的金字塔與埃及著名的喬塞爾金字塔十分相似，且比后者早大約1000年建成。
Archeologists discovered it last year but until now have kept their '
sensational
find' under wraps.
考古學(xué)家們是去年發(fā)現(xiàn)了這處金字塔遺址，但先如今才揭曉他們這個“震驚世界的發(fā)現(xiàn)”。
Scientists are due to explore the
unopened
burial chamber of the pyramid
complex
'within days'.
“無須多少時日”，科學(xué)家們便能解密此古金字塔建筑群內(nèi)尚未被開啟的墓室。
'It was built more than 3,000 years ago in Saryarke for a local 'pharaoh', a leader of a local mighty tribe dating to late Bronze epoch,' said archeologist Viktor Novozhenov.
考古學(xué)家維克多·諾沃澤諾夫表示：“這處金字塔群是在3000多年前的Saryarke，人們專為當(dāng)?shù)夭柯溟L老（如今所稱的法老）建造的。該部落可追溯到青銅時代晚期。”
'Work on opening the main burial chamber will begin within days.

The discovery was made by specialists from the Saryarkinsky Archeology Institute in Karaganda under the leadership of Igor Kukushkin.
這次的考古發(fā)現(xiàn)多虧了由伊戈?duì)?middot;庫庫什金領(lǐng)頭，來自卡拉干達(dá)州Saryarke考古研究所（Saryarkinsky Archeology Institute）的專家們 。
